Director YVS Chowdary, who has gone into hibernation after disastrous 'Saleem' is back in news with 'Rey' starring Chiranjeevi's nephew Sai Dharam Tej. Besides directing 'Rey' he is also producing this movie. Recently, he made an official statement that he is also producing Raviteja-Gunasekhar's movie 'Nippu'.
Apparently, YVS Chowdary's last production was 'Okka Magadu' which didn't even get print costs in few areas. After delivering such a big dud, YVS made 'Saleem' on Mohanbabu's banner which ended up as huge flop. With no one daring to make a film with him, he decided to make 'Rey' on his own.
But what comes as a surprise is his latest movie 'Nippu' for which he is just wearing the producer's cap. If 'Rey' is termed as an attempt to survival, then what is his intention behind producing 'Nippu'? Taking Gunasekhar's current form into consideration, what prompted him to take such a big risk? Where did he get the money from? Who is funding this film from behind?
